Southern Glass Services attended a job to remove a damaged glass window shopfront. The glass had been smashed from the exterior of the shop, leaving small shards of glass around the window area. Southern Glass carefully removed the damaged glass from the frame in order to reduce further damage. We also took great care in clearing the existing damaged glass from within the property itself.
We replaced the damaged panel with a far superior laminated safety glass panel. This will provide significantly more impact protection. We would typically recommend laminated glass for a large panel in a shopfront such as this. Once the replacement panel was in place, we were able to fix it into the existing framework.
