Southern Glass Services replaced a damaged large glass panel window for the Wiltshire History Centre. During the initial site survey, we took great care to accurately measure the glass and determine the exact thickness and specification of the damaged panel. This ensures that our replacement panel fits perfectly, and functions as expected.
During the installation we opted to use a spider crane with a vacuum unit attachment. This enables us to easily manoeuvre the large glass panel into position. We also had to consider the foliage around the working area, which we did not want to disturb if possible.
